"Who needs Jake when there is Shirley! I have been a State Farm customer for life and have no plans to ever change. They say you pay a little more. I am not sure about that, but if so, I’m here to tell you, you get what you pay for (and it’s worth it). Some time ago my local State Farm agent passed away and I was reassigned to someone else. I am always a little apprehensive because you don’t always know what you are going to get. Shirley Martinez took me on as a customer. She got to know me, my family, and my business, and I have done the same with her and her family and her newborn. Shirley makes insurance fun -- if you can believe it! Shirley also leverages technology to make my life and the entire insurance process easier. I recently had an issue with glass (windshield) damage. I was bounced around multiple times, transferred multiple times, asked for the same information multiple times, and spoke to several people who were all very nice but couldn’t really help me. I didn’t want to call in Shirley but after a month when the customer service rep told me they don’t have my info on file anymore because it’s been too long, I had to call her in. I contacted Shirley who resolved my issue within the next business day and had someone call me when she said they would to confirm so I wouldn’t have wait in queue, just to be bounced around again. State Farm Corporate could improve their website and claims process although my situation was a little unique so it’s not all on them in this scenario. Either way, State Farm always finds a way to make it right, and that is what counts here today. At the end of the day, even with some bumps in the road along the way, Shirley Martinez is like a good neighbor. Shirley Martinez is there. Now that’s a jingle!"

"W.O.W. What an amazing experience !! The location is very accessible, and it is easy to see / locate when within the small plaza of Shirley’s (My Statefarm Agent) office … Not only this, but it is a truly beautiful building ! When you enter, there is a staircase or an elevator (if needed) to access her office on the second floor. Upon entry, there is a nice secretary’s desk along with a nice little waiting area. Almost immediately, I was called in by Shirley to take care of business ! She was very warm and kind in her greetings, and she was already on top of what I needed taken care of ! She was quick, efficient, and precise in her work … Not only this, but she all within a few hours from my first call she had everything I could ask for taken care of ! She was unbelievably prompt, and within 5 minutes of walking into the office I was already on my way out ! Completely satisfied and happy with my interaction, I am looking forward to seeing / am happy she is my StateFarm Agent ..! Thank you so much Shirley !
